Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Shaggy Collective order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the details below before arranging a return.

We’re a small business, so unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been placed. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.

Change of Mind

Please email shaggy.collective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

  2. Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement or refund as required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive the wrong item by mistake, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of getting the correct item out to you.

Incorrect Items

  1. Email us at shaggy.collective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Returned items must be in their original, unopened and unused condition.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.

Returns Process

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or used hair and beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
